KNUTSFORD NETBALL CLUB (JUNIOR DIVISION)

Knutsford Junior Netball Club provides opportunities for young people (at the moment of school years 4 – 11 inclusive) to receive coaching and also some competition in league and tournaments. Our aim is to ensure that all coaching is delivered by qualified or soon to be qualified coaches. These coaches will also be trained in and will have been screened for their suitability for working with young people as are all our Team Managers and assistants. As a group we are keen to continually develop thus ensuring that the girls will all reach their potential in not only Netball but in their personnel development. The Club has a clear development plan which involves all the Coaches and volunteers. Each of our squads are a great bunch and despite the wide area and mix of schools everyone has built great friendships with each other and are keen to welcome more girls to their groups.

The Juniors train on Sundays and Thursdays at Knutsford Leisure Centre, Westfield Drive, Knutsford and Egerton Youth Club, Mereheath Lane, Knutsford (see website for details of each age group). After Year 11 (Under 16's) the Group are keen to see the natural progression into the Senior Section.

Each group has their own Coach and again all details can be found under each age group on our website.

The club plays during school terms only and is involved in the Cheshire and Merseyside Youth League which is in its second year.

At Knutsford Leisure Centre games are played inside for most of the year but after Easter we move to the outside courts (weather permitting), training at Egerton Youth Club is inside. Both venues have excellent facilities with refreshments and amenities..

If you are interested in joining our Club I am pleased to announce that there is currently a 'SPECIAL OFFER' of 'THREE FOR FREE' - yes that is the first three sessions are for free (please ask the Team Manager for the form or download from the website). There is no obligation to join the group if you attend the three sessions.

For more information please contact Beverley Okill on 01625 861450 (evenings) or visit our new website www.knutsfordjuniornetballclub.co.uk

Warrington Ball Hall needs Junior & Senior Teams to play in new League

Warrington Ball Hall runs a Junior league on a Sunday that starts from year group 4 and we are hoping to develop the league to accommodate up to year 11’s.  Each team is scheduled a match each week (depending on their being an even number of teams, if not 1 team will have a bye each week).

Alongside our junior leagues we also have a Senior league running on a Thursday which at present has 8 teams, we are looking to increase this and also we have space for a league to run on a Monday night, at present this time is allocated to a come and try session for beginners into netball.

If anyone is interested please could they contact me through the following:
