Please find attached the entry form and fixtures of the county clubs league which the top 2 teams enter into the regionals.

In brief:

bullet

The league will be run under adapted regional / national rules, played indoors at a central venue.

bullet

Results will be texted and score sheets posted to Cheshire County.

bullet

Every team must provide an umpire per fixture but the Cheshire Umpiring sec will approve the umpire for their suitability to this     competition and also allocate them their match to provide a neutral umpire throughout the day. This league may also be used for mentoring and C-B training as required.

bullet

A maximum of 6 teams per age group can be accommodated however if we have more than 6, a tournament will have to be arranged  prior to the start of the tournament to decide in the top 6.

bullet

Closing date for registering the team and any umpires you may use is 30th July 2010.

bullet

Fee to enter is £50. All teams getting through to regionals will get £125 per team to assist with additional costs.

bullet

All teams not qualifying – the Chfeshire County junior League to decide on remaining competition for these teams.

I will attend on the first day to assist with table officials (I will offer some basic training for any of your parents / volunteers).

It is noted there is a clash on the 1st day with the NW teens tournament. All teams wishing to take part in both competitions will be fixtures such to hopefully take part in both.
