Game times are arrival
  • Warm up 15 – 17 minutes
  • 4 x 15 minute quarters with intervals of 2,3,2
  • Cool down and vacate hall 7 minutes
  • Text results on the Whats app and Paul will enter into the table
  • Please provide a scorer and nominate/agree a time keeper
