**PARANETBALL – COACHING AND VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES**
|
In Partnership with Manchester Thunder and Vimto, we are looking to expand our offer in Cheshire to provide further opportunities, bringing Paranetball to the Youth Zone in Warrington from Autumn.
Running on 2 Saturday mornings a month, under the support of Katie Palmer (née Thompson), Head of Paranetball (Manchester Thunder), we will offer an inclusive netball training session with the focus being around fun and enjoyment for young people aged 12-25yrs with a variety of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND). We are looking for Level 2 coaches to help run the sessions along with other volunteers to support. Experience coaching / supporting SEND young people isn't essential, any experience is a bonus. We're looking for people who are passionate about providing netballing opportunities and supporting everyone regardless of their ability. Manchester Thunder ParaNetball Club use the phrase 'We focus on the ABILITY within DisABILITY'. Within the Manchester set up they have a bank of coaches and volunteers which allows some flexibility should someone not be able to make every session - it would be great if we can get to a simular position within Cheshire.
